When you Search and Apply for jobs, you should be logged into your eCareer Account Profile. If you just finished creating your eCareer Profile then you are already logged in.
If you are not currently logged in, go to http://about.usps.com/careers/search-apply/welcome.htm and click on the Profile login link in the upper right corner of the page.
